Located on the 12th floor of a plaza building in Istanbul, The Business Year media office boasts a 360-degree view of the city's historical peninsula. The design blends the corporate atmosphere of the plaza with natural materials and greenery, creating a cozy and creative environment. Transitioning from a villa with a garden, the office layout maximizes sunlight and views while providing user-friendly workspaces that support high concentration for the creative teams.

As a media press office, the primary staff includes designers and editors. The design ensures these teams can interact while also maintaining the necessary spatial separation for focused work. The layout facilitates interaction through common lounge areas and meeting points in the office's public spaces. All workstations are positioned along the façade, minimizing circulation space and promoting team interaction.

The office's entrance features a logo wall that subtly reflects the organic and nature-friendly elements of the interior. Green-embedded furniture adds to the lively, humanistic atmosphere, making workers feel at ease. Common spaces, including a library corner, digital point, kitchenette, and waiting lounges, are designed to foster interaction and camaraderie among office workers.

Reflecting the office's non-hierarchical structure, the designers' and editors' spaces are arranged in an open office system. These two teams share a small meeting room separated from the main open office by a green-glass wall. The design emphasizes transparency, dividing the office spaces to maximize sunlight and provide unobstructed views, enhancing the overall work environment.
